Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

We keep our returns process simple and transparent. Please read the following guidelines carefully before raising a request.


Return Window

  • Returns or exchanges can be requested within 3 days of delivery.

  • Once approved, the product must be handed over within the given timeline to complete the return.


What Qualifies for Return

We accept returns or exchanges only if:

  • You receive a damaged or defective product, or

  • You receive an incorrect item that does not match your order

All such issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof.


Size & Fit

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for size or fit issues.

  • Please refer to the size guide before placing your order.


Product Condition

Returned items must meet all of the following:

  • Unused and unwashed

  • In the same condition as delivered

  • Returned with original packaging

  • All tags, labels, and accessories intact

  • Invoice/bill included

Items failing these checks will not be accepted.


Return Handling

  • Return requests must be submitted through the Returns/Exchange section on our website.

  • If eligible, a reverse pickup will be arranged based on service availability.


Pickup & Logistics

  • One reverse pickup attempt is provided.

  • If re-attempt is required, a Rs.100 fee will apply.

  • In case pickup is not available in your area, you will need to ship the product to our warehouse at your own cost.


After We Receive Your Return

  • All returns are inspected upon arrival.

  • Once approved, we issue store credit only—we do not process refunds to the original payment method.


Store Credit

  • Issued within 3–7 working days after approval

  • Valid only on our website

  • Non-transferable and non-refundable


Additional Notes

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Orders placed during sales, promotions, or with discount codes are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
